    3. I am seeking any connections to: James CURRIE married Catherine O'MAY at Abbey, Paisley on 9 December 1843. Their off-spring that we know of are: 1. James CURRIE 8 June 1843, Abbey, Paisley 2. Catherine CURRIE 28 September 1846, Abbey, Paisley 3. Thomas CURRIE 15 August 1850, Abbey, Paisley 4. Elizabeth CURRIE 25 October 1858, High Church, Paisley 5. Thomas CURRIE 3 December 1860, High Church, Paisley 6. William CURRIE 16 December 1863, High Church, Paisley, It is believed that either Catherine or Elizabeth CURRIE married a man by the name of BLACK as we have a photo (circa 1890s) in a family album of a Kate Currie BLACK. Any assistance, however small, would be greatly appreciated. Ron Blair Warragul 3820 Australia

    3. Hello Irene Many thanks for your contact re the BLACK surname. I'm still having a lot of difficulties finding a definite connection to the CURRIEs and O'MAYs. The only link I have is the old photo I mentioned in my original e-mail. What year did James Bennie die Irene?
