Janet I would be interested in the 1871 Census for Cathcart. The names I have are David Adam and his wife, Jessie Dalziel. Her maiden name was McLachlan and they were married in 1871. The address in 1881 was 2 Cathkin Terrace, Cathcart, Renfrew, Scotland. I would be interested to know who was in their home and whether they had any children then. The first child that I have was born in 1877 - six years after their marriage. Thank you.
