Hi everyone - I need advice and help concerning my ancestor James Waddell. He is buried in Ohio, USA. and on his headstone is: James Waddell, born 8/15/1798, Pollock Shaws, Eastwood Parish, Renfrewshire, Scotland. I will be coming to Scotland in late July, and am asking where to begin my search for James and his family. He also had at least one brother, Robert, who was born in 1792. Thanks for your help.
