    3. Thank you Maggie for your reply. However I am looking for information in Scotland. Would once again like to ask if someone knows the address of the Greenock Cemetery in Renfrew Scotland. James Molloy/Malloy died at 5 Smiths Lane in Middle Greenock Jan 9, 1880. Also hoping that someone may be able to check records older than 1880 for a Bernard Molloy married to an Ann Burns Molloy. 3. Sharon The Monumental Inscriptions for Greenock Cemetery & West Greenock Cemetery have been transcribed for the period up to 1855, which does not help with your first query. There is no record of a Molloy in the pre- 1855 transcripts. 3. Rose, I got mine from the Glasgow and West of Scotland Society, http://www.gwsfhs.org.uk/ , scroll down to Recourses on the left and then click on publications. You have to go down the page a ways for the MI's. The books are paperback. They do not take credit card payments. The Scotland Genealogy Society also has the MI's. Advantage here is that you can order online and pay by credit card. http://www.scotsgenealogy.com/ To add to Bill Brown's comment on the time period covered by the MI's, they recorded any gravestone that had a date of pre-1855, so there are some entries with later dates. Also, if there was no gravestone, then they were not recorded. That is the case with my family. It was thanks to the Greenock Burials Registers microfilmed by the LDS that I was able to find some of my family. Good Luck, Julie Dufault
