Hi Folks I have managed to trace my family back as far as 1767 in Ayrshire, then to confuse the matter even more, the scene suddenly switches in 1762 to Renfrewshire, when Alexander Knox moved to Dailly after marrying Mary Allason in Glasgow, Lanark. Then even after checking Scotland's People etc, I hit my Brick Wall. I wonder if anyone here has any further knowledge of his parents, siblings, place and date of birth etc. Perhaps there are other descendants of his siblings, who would like to have a chat with me, or someone else who could help me fill in some further information ?
