    3. Janet I don't think most of the volunteers know themselves why. Since the FHCs are all volunteers many times, as in my case, you must go on different days and see who is the most knowledgeable and helpful. Then plan to keep going that day, in my case it is Tuesday when the head volunteer works. I don't believe even she knows about all of it. It just seems like we all stumble along together. So if You feel "put off " that is probably why.
