Thank you Lorraine and others who responded to my McGillvray inquiry! I'm trying another angle - possible parish records. My McGillvrays (sp?) - Donald, wf and 2 kids abt 10 & 7 - lived at 38 or 58 Lynedock St, Greenock around 1881-1891, and for sure in Feb. '89 (family letter), before leaving for Ontario. Don's brother Malcolm and others may have lived with them. I especially want the names of Don's wife & kids. Can anyone help me identify the parish and then search the records? Post office records? Other sources? Would they likely have left for Ontario from Greenock or....? - Karen
