Pat, probably a co-incidence, but I have a Peter Aitken who married a Mary Jane McKay, 1853, Glasgow, unfortunately I don't know Mary Jane's parents, she died 1876? Hi Jenelle, Thank you for your email. It does sound like a coincident unfortunately. What I have is Ann McKay born about 1806 in Daily, Ayrshire, with according to her death certificate parents Daniel McKay and Ann McGregor. She married James Aitken (born 1802 in Largo, Fife Parents - David Aitken and Agnes Blythe, in 1827 in Leith Walk, Midlothian. She died in Westfield, Greenock West, Renfrew. They got around a little! :-) Thank you Pat -----Original Message----- From: jenelle [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, 5 June 2006 8:08 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Renfrew] AITKEN Pat, probably a co-incidence, but I have a Peter Aitken who married a Mary Jane McKay, 1853, Glasgow, unfortunately I don't know Mary Jane's parents, she died 1876?
