    3. Hi Denise: While on Scotlandspeople tonight, I did a quick search for your Thomas on the '71 census. Found a 17 year old Thomas listed as a farm servant. Maybe him. Take a look at their site. I also checked births for 1854 - 1857. Only two listed in Renfrewshire, none with the parents you listed.
