    3. Hi Bonnie No you are doing nothing wrong, the transcriptions are part of the UK subscription (no images in Scotland) If you let me know who it is you are wanting the transcription for I can take a peek for you Remember 1841 has either born in County enumerated or Scotland if born out of County enumerated in , 1851 and 1861 has the birthplace (given it was on the schedule of course) Best wishes Nivard Ovington, in Cornwall (UK) Admin for OVINGTON - HAYLOCK - SEYMOUR Lists > Maybe I'm doing something wrong. 3. Hello Nivard: So you're saying that there is NO Census images for Scotland? When I went into that section, I had clicked on Scotland, so I assumed there was something there. It said Free and I thought it was Free. Not so I guess, but I don't know why they would say that. I was looking for John Bell (born Ireland) c.1832 living in Stevenston, Ayrshire in 1861 OR still in Airdrie, Lanarkshire with wife Ann. I have the Ancestry subscription for Canada, to include Britain, it works out to about $400. Ridiculous price per person. Thanks if you can find him for me.
