Hi all My GGG Grandmother was Catherine McMILLAN (variants: McMILLEN / McMULLEN and others) said to have been born about 1823 at Greenock, Renfrew, Soctland. I believe her father to have been Neil or Neal and her mother to have been Mary BROWN. Catherine was transported to Australia and married 24 November 1840 at Newcastle, New South Wales one John WEBSTER. I am looking for evidence of her birth or baptism in Greenock, confirmation of her parents names and any of her siblings. Pleased to hear from any connections.
