My Grand-Mother, Annie Logan, worked in Coats & Clark in Paisley and then in the Newark, New Jersey USA about 1922- 1923 retired from there c. 1924 and remained in the US. My mother, Annie Stewart, worked in the Paisley plant until 1921 and came to the USA. They lived at McKerrill St. Paisley from 1900 to 1921: previous to that they lived in Clifden, Co.
