Hello Joe Could you tell me anything further re death 1881 Isabelle McNair WEIR aged 4 weeks. I have connections to a Walter McNAIR md 1844 to Margaret HUNTER daus Margaret b 1845 md John CLARK and Agnes b 1848. I haven't had much luck tracing any further family members of McNAIR. Any help appreciated. Good searching for 2009. Hi Margaret, She died 5May1881 at Gibbs Hill Farm, Greenock of pneumonia. Her father was Hugh WEIR, mother was Annie POLLOCK. The McNAIR name could be from her paternal or maternal grandmother's maiden surname. I have a CLARK in my bunch too. Grace CLARK married Robert HAY Jun 06 1853 -- Abbey (Paisley) Renfrew, Scotland I haven't done any work on the CLARK family, if you have anything let me know.
