Hi Ken It's okay- you should hit "reply all" and in that way the archives will save the information about the person you are looking for. In the future if someone else is searching for info on the same person and they go to archives then they will find the information. "akluz" or whoever there name is was new to the list and obviously didn't realise that we share information in this way.
