Hello, I am new to this list and I am searching the McCarroll Family. Robert McCarrol ( could be spelt with 2 "L's" ) his wife Margaret Faith nee Hamilton. Their children: William Hamilton born about 1885 Margaret " " 1888 Ellen " " 1891 Robert " " 1894 Bella ( Isabella) " " 1897 Samuel " " 1899 They are listed in the 1901 Census as living at 254 Bouvene Terrace. ??? Robert senior is listed as a coachman. William went on to become a member of the 37th Black Watch Imperial Forces. He married on the 27th November 1914 at Windygates Auchterderran Scotland to Jane Gardiner Fowler. In 1924 William and Jane with 5 children immigrated to New Zealand As I live in New Zealand any help with sorting this family history would be much appreciated. Regards Ruth Naylor
