Sorry to say Sandy But that is an urban myth and does not work It could lead some into a false sense of security The best advice is good anti virus, updated daily and *never* click executable links in emails that you are not 100% sure where they came from or open unsolicited attachments Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) I had an email that suggested a few years back that you should have in your contacts list the email address aaaaaaaaa@aaa.aaa and this might stop hackers from accessing your list.
