Looking for the birthplace and parents of Thomas PAYNE who was born July 11, 1827 in Kirkcudbrightshire. He was a printer by trade, married Sarah Ovens from the Isle of Man, worked in Liverpool, and eventually immigrated to Canada and USA in about 1858. Any information would be appreciated.
