I had extreme difficulty concentrating on what my eyes were seeing because my ears were hearing too much too loudly! (Who revoked the rule that said children should be seen and not heard ....) These problems are found in free community resources, staffed by volunteers. There is another side to that problem, as I well know being myself a volunteer, enjoying myself while helping public, with four different societies. Cheers......... ALISTAIR
