I am looking for information on William Douglas born about 1754. He set sail for PEI on the Lovely Nelly in 1775. The passenger list stated that he was 21 years old and that he was from Kirkboan, Galloway. That probably is Kirkbean. I can't find any information on his birth or his parents.
