Seeking parents of Alexander MCEUNE, d. 17 Nov 1777 in Borgue, & Helen JOLLEY, d. 20 Mar 1812 in Gatehouse of Fleet. They married on 30 Mar 1769 in Borgue Parish, Kirkcudbrightshire. They had the following children: Janet, b. abt Jan 1770 William, b. abt. Jul 1771 James , b. abt. Mar 1773 Grissel, B. abt. Aug 1775 John, b. Abt Jun 1777 They were all b. in Senwick, Borgue Parish. John went to Niagara, Ontario in 1801 and died there in 1824. I don't have any information about the others, except that William settled John's estate after his death in Niagara. I would appreciate any information about this couple and their other 4 children and about John's life before 1801. I think my husband is a descendant of John, but haven't been able to prove it so far. Thanks very much for any info about any of the others that any of you may have. Marg McEuen
