I have received a copy of the Kirkcudbright Church register for the marriage of John Rigg and Isabella McTaggart. They married on 10/4/1838 and came to Australia in 1840. I am trying to find proof of their parents. Does anyone have any information on these people. John Rigg is listed as living at Highbanks and Isabella as living Kirkcudbright.
