Hi I am new to the list and looking for information on Catherine EWART born Kirkcudbrightshire approx 1739. She married Samuel Thomas CARNOCHAN 1761 recorded in both Kirkcudbright & Stranraer her father is noted on the marriage record as John EWART. Any help or information would be gratefully accepted. Also Donald CARNOCHAn died Kirkcudbright 10 January 1952 aged 85, wife Marion WILSON died Kirkcudbright 15 August 1927 aged 67.
