This is the first time on this mail site. Would like to see if anyone would have a connection with the follow: My gg-grandparents were: Ann Nicol b. 27 June 1819 in Peterhead. Who married George Cheyne on 31 Dec 1842. George b. 31 Mar 1812 in Peterhead. Ann Nicol had a brother Thomas b. 8 Aug 1825. Ann's father was Thomas b. 1791 d. before 1851. He was married to a Margaret - last name unknown. Thomas and Margaret were in the 1841 census, but showed Margaret as a widow in 1851. And yes, I know that Peterhead is not in Kincardine. But there was a family connection to the Thomson's. My gggrandmother Barbara (Gray) Thomson was b. 27 Jul 1817 in Cruden but she died and was buried in Banchroy Ternon Kincardine. She d. 29 Jan 1875. Now I believe the Thomson family was one of the land owners in Banchory as well as some Nicol's. I would really like to know more and to find just where my gggrandmother is buried. Is there anyone else that might be searching for some of the same info? Is there anyone on this mail list that might live in this area and could find out for me. I would be more than happy to pay for any time spent. Thank you for reading this and your kind consideration. DeLories Marysville Washington USA
