    3. Hi Emma, I stand to be corrected but I think that the main graveyard/kirkyard in the parish of Fordoun was in Auchenblae rather than the village of Fordoun. Please have a look at Colin's Milne's website at http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/nescotland/graveyards/grfdoun.htm Regards Iain -----Original Message----- From: Emma Jolly [mailto:eejolly2002@yahoo.co.uk] Sent: 24 January 2006 10:56 To: SCT-KINCARDINE-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: Fordoun book Thanks to Iain and Lesley for your comments on the Fordoun book. I shall follow the titles and links you suggest. Thanks Iain for mentioning Auchenblae - it is this part of Fordoun where James Jolly and wife Charlotte Mitchell lived. Best wishes, Emma Jolly. - ------------------------------- To help you stay safe and secure online, we've developed the all new Yahoo! Security Centre. ______________________________

    3. From what I have read Iain, I think you are right. Wasn't it in the Kirk in Fordoun that the people of Auchenblae worship. I think they do now.
