Unfortunately, anyone using any Outlook service or Micro Soft product to access the net is going to be targeted. In spite of my many warnings and bannings from lists for these warning. And in spite of the many aware persons telling others not to open attachments of any ilk, from any person, known or unknown, ROOTSWEB will not protect you! Your list administrator cannot protect you. Apparently, I am an "abuser" for telling listers how to protect themselves. You will get what you deserve if you persist in not following the very simple instructions of those of us who have some technical skills, have tried our best to help, but are being prevented by rootsweb and list administrators from spreading the gospel. If you are going to open attachments, do it off list and one on one, privately. Then you know for sure from whence it came and can deal with that one person instead of bogging down the list with all these virus memos. And even they may not know they sent it to you. But that is another issue for them to deal with. Filter them out until they get their act together. DO WHAT OTHERS ARE TELLING YOU TO DO! YOU ARE NOT ALWAYS DEALING WITH A VIRUS!
