Hi Helen, James Longmuir and Chrisrian Beattie had their children between 1734 and 1749 all in Fetteresso, Their son John married to Elisabeth Collie had their children from 1761 to 1779 all in Fetteresso also. Elisabeth Collie is from Durris but was born in 1737. The Abernethy link to the Longmuir family happened when James Abernethy married Kennedy Longmuir, a daughter of John and Elisabeth, (no marriage date found) and had Isabel Abernethy in 1791, Fetteresso. The Smith family of John Smith and Isobel Wyllie had their children between 1775 and 1766 again in Fetteresso. One of their sons married a sister of Kennedy named Rosanna. The major locations of the Longmuir family was in Fetteresso and the City of Aberdeen. I wish I could be of more help. Best of luck, Jamie
