The placename which is puzzling you would be Kincardine O' Neil, Aberdeenshire. There was a George Gordon baptised 26 May 1840 in Kincardine O' Neil [ located on River Dee approx. 30 miles west of Aberdeen]. He was the son of John Gordon and Agnes Tawse who also had a daughter Isabella Jane Gordon baptised 19 November 1842 in Aboyne[ next parish to west of Kincardine O' Neil] and a son John Gordon baptised on 13 May 1845 in Strathdon parish.
