Hi Alf, Though my paternal ancestors came from the Borders region, I have found reference to MILNE, MILL, and MILLS , in that area but surprised to see you are finding the same up around Kincardine. Have you any history of connection of the names ? I have been monitoring Kincardine for a long time watching for my maternal side (WEBSTER) but so far not much luck.
