    3. I have just been transcribing some of my grandmother's notes where in she refers to George SHERRET, who had a son with Elsie CHARLIER, the date of which is not mentioned but it would have been circa 1920 ish. She refers to the "old Berties" at the Chemists' shop and I remembered I had found an image of the advertisement of that shop. My Gt Gt Grandmother's sister Isabella SHERRET, a professional Dressmaker in High Street, Auchenblae died there in 1919. My grandmother states that after the Aunts SHERRET died, there was an investigation, as to cottages in Auchenblae. I guess someone might refer me to the Register of Sasines. If so, is there an e-mail address for them please. I suspect the investigation might have been as to next successors. I am wondering if any of this information strikes a chord with someone? Janet
