NZ archives of births, deaths & marriages are available on www.dia.govt.nz . I haven't been able to find a death for Ann McCormick recorded for the date shown on the headstone but will keep looking. The date of death recorded on the headstone for Alex is I year prior to that recorded on the death certificate.
