Wondering if there are any others out there with the name MacEachern who came to North America in the 19th century. Looking in particular for other MacEachern's with connections to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. I have done alot of research on my family and would like to meet others with like intrest, especially others with this name. As for myself my g-g-g grandfather, Alasdair MacEachern, came from Mull about the 1820's, I havent been able to get an exact year but he was married and living in Cape Breton by 1830.
