Hi Jane Welcome to the list. As your having difficulties sending this through to the list. I'll send an abbreviated version to the list for you. I know you'll find relatives with this lot. good luck Ida Jane Vassileiou <janev@blueyonder.co.uk> I just saw your message, and I do know a little about Anne Fletcher b.1810, dau of Lachlan Fletcher & Isabella McColl. She married Neil Campbell, labourer, and had one son, Neil b. about 1836 (dates vary widely). Her husband must have died young, because she then appears in the census of 1841 as a widow, living with relatives till her death in 1893, where she's a pauper. She died at Calgary. The son Neil went to work on the farm at Penmore belonging to Alexander and Janet McColl, in the 1861 census. John McKinnon b.1836 is the firstborn son of Anne's younger sister Sarah/Marion Fletcher and her husband Duncan Mckinnon. I am descended from this couple's fifth son Donald McKinnon.
