A reminder to all the Maclean descendants who are considering coming to Mull from 19-24th June for the International Gathering of the Clan Maclean association. If you haven't already done so I recommend a look at the website www.maclean.org . We will have a centre in the Aros Hall that will be devoted to Genealogy/History and Gaelic interests and hopefully will have Ian there to share his database from Tuesday to Friday. At the last gathering we asked people to bring their family trees to pin up for the week, or their family history booklet to put on show. You can also make sure that you have entered your genealogy on the Maclean website under the section genealogy. Hi Gail, You will be able to enter your details on the maclean website genealogy section at www.maclean.org but as there will be some modifications on the site shortly I suggest you wait for a month or so. Alternatively, since you obviously have some Mull connection you can post it here on the Mull site. Ian Phillips will make a note of it for the Mull database and I'll make sure the details get onto the Maclean database website manager for them to be entered. Your email address is as essential part of the details you give to the website manager. If you feel like sending a copy to go up on the wall even better. I'll give you a contact address for posting it a little closer to the date.
