Tricia I have a Catherine McDougal married to Colin Campbell in my line..she died between 1851 and 1855 so not much information but she was about 70-74 at the time. Colin and Catherine were from Mull but am unable to connect her to anyone. Maybe a sister of your Neil??? Both Neil and Euphemia do show up as childrens names as well as my ggrandfather was John McPhail Campbell. Julia I must check back certs that I have - there was a Campbell relation as informant for one. Ok Found one - it was Mary MacDougal died 1875 aged 105 Address Duart Castle Torosay - Domestic Serv. she was single - daughter of Allan McDougall (farmer) and Catherine McDougall(ms McDougall) Informant was Hugh Campbell , her brother's grandson. I think I found her in some census as well. Would make her birth around 1770. Do you want copy - does she fit with yours at all. Have you a Hugh Campbell? This is one also I am interested in.
