Hi Ida Plenty more digging, thinking of heading to Mull in late November so will have to get a list of things to do ready!!! Just thought I would respond to couple of queries/questions I think Malcolm, husband of Mary McPhail (or Mary Uist as I have been calling her) is dead befor e1871 but there is no DC and cant see a match on SP at present. Flora Ann McKinnon , haven’t got the family on 1881 Census yet so don’t know if she survived till then (aged 19 or so ) or died younger. Don’t know much about Alexander, there is no wife mentioned on his DC, and his nephew being the informant suggests no children. Don’t know where he is buried or where brother Robert is buried either. I still have a few brothers and sisters to track down and confirm marriages/deaths/census' for David No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
