Re; first names Seumas- and also perhaps Tearlach - one can only wonder if both James and Charles are names associated with the efforts of Charles James Stuart and his father and relatives to gain the throne - how much support was there for the Stuarts among the people and landowners of Isle of Mull? Both names would be much more common in the Outer Hebrides where more people were attracted to the doomed cause- just a thought Jim St.Clair
