Hi Jane McKeown Jane a while back you were searching for your Henderson's Just ran across a couple rather interesting items in the IGI. I was wondering if you have any thoughts to add. Hopefully you can follow this. You previously mentioned parents John Henderson and Mary McKinnon had a daughter Catherine in 1845 I came an enrty for Catherine chrst Jun 19 1845 in Tobermory C115492, 0531she's listed as the daughter of John & Mary McKillop. I'm wondering if the transcriber mistook McKillop for McKinnon, :-) As this is the only entry for this couple it makes me wonder. you wrote: John and Mary's children appear to be Archibald b 1832 Margaret b 1834 who had illegimate John who is with grandparents in 1861 (don't know what became of Margaret or John). Just to confuse the issue a bit more. I came across an entry for John Jan 23 1856 with only Margaret listed as the parent C115491, 0041 TBR ok for this one.
