    1. [SCT-ISLEOFMULL] Stewart Family Information Needed
    2. Ben Tinck
    3. Good Day Everyone I am looking for my gr grandmother's brother's burial place. His name is Alexander Stewart. He lived north of Durham Ont. just a little north of the Rocky Community. In 1917 one of his son's named Donald sold their farm that was Lot 10 WGR in Bentinck Township. Donald was the owner of the family lot in 1917. One of Donald Stewart's sisters named Christena Stewart, was still living with them on the 1911 Census Report. On some recent information I received from Ida, it seems that Christena Stewart was living in Port Burwell Ontario when she passed on, though I don't know the death date. It is my belief that my Alexander Stewart passed on while he, his son Donald, and daughter Christena went on a trip to the Port Burwell area or Elgin County area in 1917. Donald came back to this area where we live north of Durham near the Rocky Community, and purchased a farm in 1818, but Christena and her father Alexander Stewart did not come back with Donald. Alexander Stewart is not listed on his family's gravestone at the Latona Pioneer Cemetary just north of here, though his wife Ann Cameron's name is inscribed there on the gravestone. Therefore I am looking for Alexander Stewart's gravestone inscription as well as his daughter Christena Stewart gravestone in the Elgin County area, which includes Port Burwell. DOES anyone have access to lists that might have my two relatives burial places on them. I have tried searching and have found some cemetary lists in Elgin County, but I haven't found my two Stewarts yet. I would appreciate greatly your kind assistance.
