June, I have Mull McDonalds in my line, too. However, I've not been able to track down where in Mull they came from, not least because I suspect some of the names on the shipping lists to Australia and death certificates are wrong or misleading. My McDonalds come down from Neil McDonald and Mary Livingstone, via their son Duncan, (married to Ann, possibly Dougall/Dugold). I also have links to McKillops, but again the sources conflict as they come from Mull or Lochaber depending on source.
