Dear Linda, Re the term ALOMY given to a house.,,what is its meaning Thank you for being so observant. Jan Mullighan is the president of our Campbell Society in SA and her family is one of those I am researching so I persuaded her to put the message on the Moray board. The best we have yet for the term is BAYER pharmaceuticals uses it to describe a weed in wheat crops.Jean -----Original Message----- From: sct-isleofmull-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:sct-isleofmull-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Thomas W Bennion Sent: Saturday, 3 November 2007 11:47 PM To: sct-isleofmull@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [SCT-ISLEOFMULL] Alomy Hi Jean, Haven't come across the name "ALOMY", but was wondering if you have seen this posting below?
