Edderaloch and Stokadell - Can any lister tell me exactly where these two settlements were? Apparently they were somewhere on the Ross of Mull, and are mentioned in a charter of 1588. In the list of lands there, Edderaloch is listed along with Seirphen and Uisken, and Stokadell along with Eilean a'Chalmain, Bailemor and Sailqhur. I can't see them on modern maps, but maybe someone has access to early maps - I'm thinking more of estate plans etc that may list small settlements? Thanks for any help, Janet
