Ian, I'm delighted to see that the contribution of my Grandma's brother John MacCallum Solicitor has a mention. Haven't looked at what you have picked out (as I have the full text) but I know that John was not the most amiable contributor, but I'm proud of the contribution that he made there and as a lawyer on Tobermory. This is the same man who in 1881 gave his family entry in the 1881 census in gaelic - the only one in Tobermory and probably one of those best educated!!
