In the 1891 Census, Neil McInnes and Margaret (McCormick) McInnes are shown with several children, the eldest being Donald McInnes 11. He's NOT with his mother in the 1881 census. A search at Scotlandspeople brings up a birth record for Donald McCormick b. Dec 30, 1878 at Fionnphort to Maggie McCormick, domestic servant. Anyone come across a stray infant in 1881? I'm wondering if he was put out for wet nursing?
