Hi everyone, I am trying to sort out dates of my McKinnon side of the family. Ida kindly sorted out information for me re John McKinnon who marries a Catherine Rankin 5th Feb 1772 in Kilninian. Date of death not known. They went on to have Charles who was the grandfather of my g-grandfather James McNair. Charles married Rachel Beaton. I would like to know the dates of birth, marriage, & death of John McKinnon & Mary Morrison who were the parents of John McKinnon. Also this John had a brother Donald who we don't know anything about. It seems as John & Donald's father was Archibald McKinnon. Again we don't know anything about him, only he lived in Sheaba in the early 1700s. Looking forward to any information. All the best, Ellen.
