    3. Just a comment MacQuarrie as detailed in Clan MacQuarrie - A History- R.W. Munro and Alan Macquarrie and Jo Currie's Mull The Island and it's Peoples as examples both list MacQuarrie on Ulva 1n the 12th and 13 century. Curious do you include Ulva when you use the reference of 1715. Is Ulva considered part of Mull or is it a distinct property. I never thought to ask that question until Sue's question came up. What is the area known as Laggan Ulva ?
