There is no mention of Catherine's husband Donald - which suggests that he has died before 1853. Donald McDonald & Catherine McQuarrie have the following children Neil Aug 7 1827 Oskamull KLN/Ulva Ann Aug 30 1830 Oskamull KLN/Ulva Malcolm Aug 13 1832 Balichloich Gometra Margaret Jun 22 1834 Balichloich Gometra Flora Mar 17 1836 Balichloich Gometra Mary from the census abt 1839 Male Apr 11 1839 Gometra ?? could this be Mary although it states lawful son Marion/Sarah/Sally Oct 8 1840 Balichloich Gometra Catherine Jul 26 1842 Balichloich Gometra Christina from the census or passenger list There is however another couple of children I've found with the same parents listed There's probably other that I haven't came across yet Flora McDonald May 8 1842 Ormaig Ulva Hugh McDonald Apr 18 1844 Ormaig Ulva I'm sure we'll all end up related to each other eventually.
