I am slowly tracing them and have just found Alexander McLullich b 1823. My ggg uncle as McDougall through to his death in 1894 in Oban. Parents Neil McDougall farmer and Euphemia McPhail. 1841 Kinlochspelvie District No : 3 Page No : 10 House No : 48 Locality : Garmony 18414084 McDougall Neil 70 Boat Carpenter Y in Parish McDougall Euphemia 60 Y in Parish McDougall Alexandser 15 I believe in 1851 he is the Alex McDougall aged 27 with Allan and Mary Lamont in District No : Page No : 81 House No : 1 Locality : Gortenantsacairt 18515035 Civil Parish: Torosay 1861 onwards they are in Civil Parish: Kilmore He marries a Flora Stewart from S Uist and has 2 children Neil 1858 and Euphemia 1862. His brother Duncan McLullich app1802 - my gg grandfather went as a McDougall to Laggan INV bef 1840 and married a Kennedy. If anyone has found any McDougall (any spelling) from Torosay b c 1799 - 1823 I would be happy to hear - in particular Marion(Sarah) Catharine Archibald John Anne Angus Neil. They also have Kinlochspelvie Craignure and similar locations which have been mentioned recently with other families . Trying to prove I have found Archibald b 1805 now......................
