I noticed my link didn't work and was pleased Ian found one that did, I've never seen that style of page before, I'm sorry it doesn't work for people outside the uk that want to hear the programme, I know people from other countries frequently listen to programmes online, I don't know if they only listen when the programme is on or by the listen again link, if it can be only be listen to live then the programme will air on the BBC radio 4, Open Country, Thursday 25th August at 3 pm (15.00) British summer time, there is a synopsis and some photos on the Open country, Island revival webpage which is the webpage I thought I was leaving a link for and it didn't work, if you go to the BBC home page http://www.bbc.co.uk then put Open country, Island revival in the top righthand corner search box 2 links come up, the one with photos and info is the one under the heading TV & Radio programmes, I hope this helps, Frances --- On Sun, 21/8/11, Lachie Macquarie <[email protected]> wrote: From: Lachie Macquarie <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [SCT-ISLEOFMULL] contest To: "Les Horn" <[email protected]>, [email protected] Date: Sunday, 21 August, 2011, 15:53 BBC i player On 21 August 2011 15:01, Les Horn <[email protected]>wrote: > Margaret said > > > Only works for UK residents > > What does ? > > Les > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without > the quotes in the subject and the body of the message > -- Sláinte Lachaidh. ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
You've got BBC World http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world_radio_and_tv/of course but that doesn't necessarily air programmes that we hear, unless the material has been purchased by whatever service relays it. You can find schedules in your country from here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-radio-and-tv-12957298 Janet ----- Original Message ----- From: "Frances Caple" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, August 21, 2011 5:25 PM Subject: Re: [SCT-ISLEOFMULL] contest - Ulva I noticed my link didn't work and was pleased Ian found one that did, I've never seen that style of page before, I'm sorry it doesn't work for people outside the uk that want to hear the programme, I know people from other countries frequently listen to programmes online, I don't know if they only listen when the programme is on or by the listen again link,
