Hi June, Sandra and all, It does not seem that long since I wished you all a Happy Christmas and prosperous New Year. Believe it or not from another living in rather rainy Scotland. The weather on Mull has not been that good for many months now. For several months passed we have had twice the average rain fall. This month we have had two hurricanes. As they say things can only get better. The town is looking very festive now. There are lights all along the Main Street. The shops also look festive. I'm sending Christmas and New Year (Hogmanay) at home in Tobermory this year. Nice not to have to worry about the weather or the ferries. Expect to down at the town clock to see the new year in and watch the fireworks. In closing I really have to thank you all for your support during the year by continuing to supply updates and corrections. Special thanks must go to Ida (King) the Rootsweb list monitor for keeping us all in check. I will be updating the databases soon. The number of individuals now exceeds 50,000. I know some are duplicates but until I find them and can identify them positively as duplicates they will have to remain. By the way, just in case you did not know, Santa is a Scotsman. If you don't believe it, check this out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpOfHW75ck Have yourselves a great time. Look forward to hearing you on the list or seeing you at the MacLean Gathering next year. Hello All, >From a very warm Melbourne in OZ wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and a Safe, Healthy and Happy New Year. A very catchy tune that Ian, I will be humming it right through Christmas Day - Santa really could actually be a Scotsman.
