It looks as though you might need to input the girls against a different mother's name in your GEDCOM software? I mention this because I find the software doesn't help in certain relationship situations. Where a child has been adopted at birth for instance, one has to enter it twice to have it reflected to make any sense in an extracted Report. I have inserted my own name twice because it was changed by Deed Poll because my mother remarried. This is where we have to be more clever than the software we use. I guess someone will say their software knows how to cope with these situations and if that is so, it has been worth my while making mention of it.
